Anyone knows what the heck is wrong with this tiny lil kid? He was out in london last night after a gig and was pictured wearing no clothes, showing off his baby torso.

He turned 19 yesterday and he is trying so hard to change his image. My advice Justin is to come back when you are fully developed.
